Operations Representative

The Operations Representative reviews, processes and maintains all aspects of eBranch products, ATM and Debit card program, Safe Deposit Box program and IRA Administration in a timely and accurate manner including maintaining complete and accurate records of all transactions. To be versatile and support the deposit operations department in all aspects. 

This is an in office role. Some Saturdays required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for upholding and adhering to Credit Union of Georgia brand standards including following all of the steps of our unique member journEASE experience and to Engage, Ask, Solve and Excite and deliver top level member service every time.
• Process and maintain eBranch for all members both consumer and business.
• Process and maintain all aspects of RDA including troubleshooting issues.
• Process and maintain all aspects of IPay including troubleshooting issues.
• Complete daily tasks associated with ATM & Debit card program, including daily card report, ATM network exceptions, travel notes, cards in return mail and troubleshooting issues.
• Complete all exception transaction input as directed by Operations Specialist.
• Review and correct payroll exceptions (Cobb) as needed.
• Process and maintain all Safe Deposit Box transactions including renting and surrendering boxes.
• Administer IRA files and transactions including annual tax reporting as required.
• Work with Operations Specialist to ensure all wires are verified/processed in a timely manner.
• Reconciles and balances general ledgers.
• Maintain knowledge of all other operational duties in order to assist/back up when Operations Representative is on PTO
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Minimum 1-3 years of financial institution operations experience
• Ability to reconciliation and balance GLs.
• Proven analytical aptitude. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication      capabilities. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience and/or education

Experience:

• Banking/credit union operations: 1-3 years (Preferred)
• At least 1 year GL balancing and reconciliation experience
