We are seeking an outgoing, highly organized, and self-motivated Operations Coordinator to help drive the day-to-day success of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems independently, and takes pride in owning their responsibilities from start to finish.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the master schedule, managing daily staffing needs, organizing files and documentation, coordinating employee training, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and employees. Beyond completing assigned tasks, this individual proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, anticipates operational needs, and takes initiative to resolve issues before they become problems.
The ideal candidate is someone who can work autonomously, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, follows through on commitments, and takes ownership of outcomes. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency. They don't wait to be told what to do—they actively look for ways to improve processes, support the team, and ensure the business runs efficiently every day.
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources.
Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for senior management.
Planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in office management or an administrative role.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Central Reach a plus!
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
