As a Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the pretesting, certification, and provisioning of equipment for field operations. You will also handle RMA testing for Starlink and other applicable devices, ensuring all equipment meets quality and functionality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in equipment testing, certification, and provisioning.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and testing procedures.
• Experience reading BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• Familiarity with inventory software, and barcode scanning systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office/Office 365 products.

Preferred

• Experience with Starlink or similar satellite communication systems.
• Knowledge of customer-specific deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce software is a plus.
