THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and intelligent individual eager to kick-start their career in tech. As an Operations Specialist, you will make an impact from day one by improving our business processes and customer experience, and managing key stakeholder relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to get broad exposure to the operations of a high-growth startup and will give you a strong foundation for a variety of successful career paths at Unit​.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engaging directly with our customers to understand and resolve their needs

• Identifying and escalating product gaps, and ensuring they are successfully resolved

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize operational workflows​

• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our services

• Participating in special projects aimed at driving innovation within the company

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
