Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will drive Red Bull Japan's Automation and Digitalization Roadmap, focusing on solving critical operational challenges such as reducing costs, minimizing manual work, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing planning efficiency. This role will involve leveraging tools like RPA, EDI, Dashboards, and more to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and deliver impactful results. You’ll be the catalyst for improvement, ensuring our operations align with Red Bull's premium standards while staying ahead in a competitive FMCG environment.

Process Optimization

- Support efforts to improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows and reducing complexities.

- Contribute to enhancing processes across various supply chain functions to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Use data to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and support decision-making processes.

- Use data analytics to identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in operations.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for development and optimization.

Technology Integration

- Contribute to the adoption and integration of digital tools to enhance process efficiency and data visibility.

- Support the implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve operational alignment and communication.

Cost and Risk Management

- Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs and managing potential risks.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.

• 3+ years’ experience in process improvement, automation, or data analytics within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as RPA and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and optimizing processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP ERP. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in cost analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of efficiency projects.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain practices, with experience in driving operational efficiencies.
• A customer-focused mindset with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on trends in automation, digitalization, and data analytics.
