Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support and optimize our day-to-day business operations. This is a fully remote position, open only to candidates who reside in the United States and have valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Monitor workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements

Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Assist with vendor coordination, scheduling, and task tracking

Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or a related role

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software)

Must reside in the United States and have valid U.S. work authorization
