The Operations Specialist supports the daily operations of a 125-room resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while assisting with front desk, restaurant, and sales support functions. This role works closely with department leaders to help maintain smooth daily operations and ensure service standards are consistently delivered across the property.
The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while assisting leadership with operational coordination and sales-related initiatives.
