About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our team based in our Larnaca/ Nicosia, Cyprus office. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Assistant to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes ownership of both operational processes and workplace experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

• Facilitate smooth daily operations through effective support and task coordination across teams 


• Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and reports


• Support project coordination, timelines, and task tracking


• Prepare operational documents, reports, and presentations


• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows


• Monitor inventory, supplies, or operational resources as needed


• Identify process improvements and support implementation

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, operations, or customer-facing role within a professional environment.


• Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (mail, sheets, calendar, drive).


• Hands-on experience with the HubSpot (CRM) system will be a plus.


• Languages: Professional fluency in English & Greek (written and verbal) and German speakers is an advantage.


• Attributes: High attention to detail, a proactive "problem-solver" mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive digital asset data.


• Adaptability: Comfort with shifting between administrative hospitality and backend tasks.
