  • Expert understanding of how department processing impacts clients, and other areas in the firm.
  • Supports and promotes firm and department initiatives setting clear goals and expectations for the workgroup.
  • Performing double-checks on processed voluntary and mandatory corporate actions by reviewing booking for accuracy before the postings of entitlement to client accounts.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve department process efficiencies and mitigate risk.
  • Back up for department team lead and technical team lead roles when necessary.
  • Assist with other projects and activities as assigned by supervisor or manager.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.
  • Previous experience processing corporate actions on the Broadridge BPS system.
  • Working knowledge of industry regulations surrounding corporate actions, settlement and liabilities.
