Operations Supervisor

The day-to-day running of our facilities is overseen by an experienced Operations Supervisor, and we are looking to add them to our team. As a team leader, the Operations Supervisor is accountable for the smooth running of operations and the upkeep of quality standards.

In your role as Remote Operations Supervisor, you'll be in charge of making sure our [department/section] runs well every day. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a remote workforce to guarantee top-notch service and product delivery to clients. In the operations department, you will play a pivotal role in advancing efforts to increase productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Jobs Performed:

-Keep an operator crew running smoothly and efficiently by leading and supervising them.

Optimize workflow by developing and implementing operational processes.

To find ways to make things better, keep an eye on operational metrics and analyze them.

- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and corporate policies

- Keep an eye on stock levels and management

Work together with other divisions to plan and execute daily operations

- Help employees grow professionally so they can perform better

Ensure that the workplace is both safe and well-organized.

Respond to and resolve any problems that crop up during operations

Required Skills:

+ A bachelor's degree, preferably in a closely related subject

- Three years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations management

Capable of taking the lead and effectively conveying ideas

- Superb capacity for figuring out complex problems

- Familiarity with rules and regulations as they pertain to the sector

- Expertise with the Microsoft Office program and any other applicable applications

- Capable of maintaining focus and productivity while facing tight deadlines

- Proficiency in a high-pressure setting
