Schedule: Monday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days Off: Tuesday & Saturday
Compensation:

• 💵 Base Salary: $60,000 annually

You’ll lead dispatch activity, ensure compliance, and be the frontline connection between drivers, internal teams, and our valued customers. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Operational Oversight

• Supervise and support daily dispatching operations, adjusting plans as needed to meet service demands.

• Serve as back-up dispatcher when necessary.

🤝 Customer Service Excellence

• Foster ongoing, professional relationships with customer contacts.

• Represent TCI in meetings and communications, ensuring our service performance exceeds expectations.

🗓️ Scheduling & Staffing

• Confirm that team members arrive for scheduled shifts and are properly assigned.

• Resolve scheduling issues and ensure full coverage for operations.

🛡️ Compliance & Safety

• Monitor DOT compliance by ensuring drivers have the hours needed for their assignments.

• Partner with leadership and Safety teams to lead monthly initiatives and update safety materials in the terminal.

⏱️ Hours of Service (HOS) Oversight

• Administer, audit, and ensure compliance with driver HOS logs via the e-Log system.

• Collaborate with Safety and HR to resolve discrepancies and maintain regulatory standards.
