Operations Supervisor

Office Location: Albany, New York
Work Schedule: This role is fully in-person.
Compensation Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor.

The Role:

In this role you will be responsible for supervising the Office Support Department, including receptionists and other related duties, as follows:

• Day-to-day liaison with property managers of all locations
• Oversee safety and security for all offices
• Supervise the firm safety program and maintain safety/OSHAA related guidelines and materials, including AED machines 
• Supervise the handling of all firm mail, including overnight/express mail,  postage machines and copiers. 
• Oversee the procurement of supplies for all offices, including furniture, stationery and cleaning supplies
• Other general office supervisory duties as assigned

• Robust organizational ability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Required:

• An Associate degree in a related field and/or three plus years of related or equivalent experience
• Strong abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous law firm or other professional service firm experience preferred
