Operations Supervisor

WE ARE SEEKING:  

• A Branch Operations Supervisor with great people skills to take care of customers in our branch located on Coastal Highway at 20th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This is a full-time, day shift position, with occasional Saturday mornings required. 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Assisting with branch operations decisions.
• Motivating and engaging staff, leading by example.
• Assisting with training and development of branch staff.
• Supervising branch staff through appropriate delegation of duties.
• Mentoring branch staff and onboarding new hires.
• Handling daily banking transactions and referring products and services that meet specific customer needs.
• Performing routine audits of night depository logs and Customer Service Associate balance sheets.
• Assisting with monthly branch audits and preparing audit compliance documentation.
• Performing safe deposit box maintenance. Ensuring billing is correct, auditing entry logs and contracts.
• Resolving customer issues in a satisfactory prompt and manner
• Holding branch meetings if necessary.
• Assisting with training and development of branch staff.
• Willing to float to other branches when needed.

YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties, opening new accounts and products and services.
• Prior supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Basic level ability in Microsoft Office Suite
• A professional appearance

• This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
