We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, maintain schedules, and verify the quality of technical service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that Insight\u0027s onsite and field service personnel are meeting and exceeding client expectations, while providing day-to-day supervision for the team\u0027s administrative functions. \n\n * Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area. \n\n\n\n\n * Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary. \n\n\n\n\n * Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management. \n\n\n\n\n * Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration. \n\n\n\n\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
