We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high service standards are consistently delivered. The successful candidate will support cleaning teams, manage schedules, maintain compliance, and ensure client satisfaction across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple sites

· Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard

· Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

· Manage staff rotas, attendance, and shift cover

· Provide training and ongoing support to team members

· Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

· Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies when required

· Handle client queries and resolve operational issues promptly

· Report performance updates and operational concerns to management
