About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor, Operations - Reporting and Analytics to join our growing Sustainability team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing and executing all internal and external reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in data automation and visualization, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for driving efficiency and performance within the sustainability department. You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement across our sustainability programs. Performs necessary hardware and peripheral repairs. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying the problem and determining the most efficient and cost effective way to resolve the problem, keeping customer downtime to a minimum.         

• Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely, and comprehensive internal and external reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks. 
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated reporting solutions primarily using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. 
• Leverage Data Bricks to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets, preparing them for advanced analytics and visualization.  
• Proactively monitor data and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. Master's degree preferred.   
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or operations role. 
• Proven experience in developing and automating reports using advanced Excel functionalities (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot). 
• Demonstrable experience with data warehousing and processing tools, specifically Data Bricks.
