Operations Support Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Service Delivery
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
This is a hybrid position, with weekly in-office days required.
Position Summary
The Operations Support Coordinator provides operational and project support to the Director of Service Delivery and the departments within the Service Delivery division. At the direction of the Director, this position may be assigned responsibilities across any Service Delivery department based on organizational priorities, workload, staffing needs and business objectives.
This position coordinates operational activities and projects, prepares performance reporting, maintains documentation, supports process improvements and assists with implementing new programs, systems and workflows. Responsibilities may shift over time, requiring the ability to learn different operational functions, adapt to changing priorities and provide hands-on support wherever it is most needed within Service Delivery.

Leadership Support
Ensures the Director of Service Delivery has reliable operational support to advance departmental and organizational priorities.
- Prepares reports, meeting materials, project updates and decision-support information.
- Tracks delegated responsibilities, leadership decisions and required follow-up.
- Coordinates special projects and priorities assigned by the Director.
- Completes duties across Service Delivery departments as directed.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Operational Coordination
Ensures assigned Service Delivery priorities, recurring activities and cross-departmental work are organized, tracked and completed.
- Coordinates assigned operational activities across Service Delivery departments.
- Tracks priorities, deadlines, dependencies and required follow-up.
- Provides hands-on support based on workload, staffing needs and changing priorities.
- Connects the appropriate people, information and resources needed to move work forward.
- Identifies and elevates delays, gaps and operational barriers.
Project Management
Ensures assigned projects move forward with clear plans, ownership, communication and follow-through.
- Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, task assignments and status updates.
- Coordinates project meetings and documents decisions, responsibilities and next steps.
- Monitors progress and communicates updates to the Director of Service Delivery.
- Elevates risks, barriers and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Helps ensure project commitments and deliverables are completed as assigned.
Performance Reporting
Ensures Service Delivery leaders have accurate, timely and useful information to understand performance and make decisions.
- Gathers, organizes and validates data for scorecards, dashboards and operational reports.
- Monitors assigned performance measures, service levels and operational trends.
- Identifies gaps, patterns and areas requiring additional attention.
- Translates data into clear summaries and actionable operational insights.
- Helps ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and completed within established timelines.
Process Improvement
Supports measurable improvements in the efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of Service Delivery operations.
- Works with leaders and employees to understand current workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assists with mapping, evaluating and standardizing operational processes.
- Coordinates approved process changes and supports adoption by affected teams.
- Collects feedback and helps evaluate whether changes achieve the intended results.
- Supports improvements that strengthen quality, efficiency and the employee or customer experience.
Documentation and Standards
Ensures assigned Service Delivery procedures, workflows and operational resources are current, organized and consistently maintained.
- Creates and updates procedures, workflows, templates and related operational resources.
- Supports document review, approval and version-control requirements.
- Identifies missing, outdated or inconsistent documentation and coordinates needed updates.
- Helps ensure documentation is accessible and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assists departments with understanding and consistently applying approved procedures and standards.
Implementation Support
Ensures new Service Delivery programs, systems and processes are introduced with organized coordination and effective follow-through.
- Coordinates assigned implementation plans, tasks, testing and communications.
- Supports the development and distribution of training materials and operational resources.
- Tracks implementation progress, questions and issues.
- Connects employees with the appropriate information, resources or support.
- Provides follow-up as new programs and processes transition into ongoing operations.
