Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for an Operations Associate to join their Watches & Fine Jewelry team this Summer, starting 6/10 and set to last around 3 months.

Daily Tasks:

Support flow of parts within the Watches & Fine Jewelry Aftersales team
Seek to improve efficiency in the WFJ Workshop parts flow/accuracy.
Monitor and support organizational needs during the transition to the new internal repair tracking system.
Support and organization of monthly and weekly (urgent) part orders and receipts.
Support the QC process and keep track of the results systematically.
Support twice weekly part distribution to the artisans from storage.
Support the annual parts inventory and cycle counts.
Monitor and support admin team duties.
Monitor and track urgent deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong communications skills
Ability to interact with clients & internal teams in a calm and professional manner
High degree of organization and follow-through
Excellent data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
High attention to detail
Able to work on-site in Piscataway, NJ
