What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Operations Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly go-to person who supports our busy Operations team. From organizing files and crunching numbers to chatting with vendors and coordinating details big and small—you’re an important part of making things work seamlessly every day.

You’ll be working on:

• Helping with daily business operations and special projects
• Communicating with satellite offices and vendors
• Keeping systems and records organized and up-to-date
• Overseeing rental payment processing, creating housekeeping schedules, and assisting with service issues
• Conducting occasional field quality checks

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You’ve got 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
• You know your way around Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• You love organizing, multitasking, and finding better ways to do things
• You communicate clearly, follow through, and aren’t afraid to ask questions
• You have a valid driver’s license
