Operations Team Member – Black Rock Services
(General/ All Positions, Loader Operator | Plant Operator | Groundsman | Scale Operator)

Black Rock Services is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our operations team. These roles are essential to keeping our pit, plant, and yard running safely and efficiently.

Position Overview
Support daily operations including equipment operation, material handling, site maintenance, and scalehouse functions, depending on role assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment or systems as assigned
Support production and material handling
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Communicate with team members, drivers, and supervisors
Report issues and assist with maintenance as needed

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a compressed work schedule:

3 days one week, 4 days the following week

Typical hours are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on operational needs
