This position is on-site and located in Silver Peak, NV. The role will have split responsibilities in both an office setting and in the manufacturing plant.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n * Monitor process and equipment conditions and troubleshoot upsets. \n * Help optimize process to maximize OEE\n * Provide technical reports to Production Supervisor\n * Define, measure, and maintain KPI\u0027s\n * Coordinate maintenance activities and schedule\n * Develop and lead operator training sessions\n * Assist other departments (engineering, safety, maintenance, etc.) as directed\n * Write energy isolation plans for LOTO\n * Uphold all applicable safety standards\n * Developing and execute small to moderate scale continuous improvement projects.\n * Provide coverage for operators on a limited frequency\n * Lead incident investigations\n * Participate in Emergency Response Team and meet associated physical requirements.\n * Able to lift 50 lbs, walk, climb stairs, use hands, sight, touch, hear, speak, smell, climb ladders, and balance on uneven ground\n * Other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nRequired:\n\n * High school diploma or equivalent\n * 5 years\u0027 experience in a manufacturing plant.
