Job Description - Operations Trainee

Trainees work with Operators to learn various skills in the wastewater field:

Possess an attitude of proper work ethic.
Demonstrate the ability work well within a team.
Exhibit a real desire to continue learning in the field.
Exhibit a safety minded routine.
Able to be self-motivated.
Be enjoyable to work with.

Skills and Abilities:

Able to grasp an understanding of the principals of wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems.
Learn mechanical skills associated with wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems.
Able to complete projects within established timeframes.
Able to learn tasks and properly execute them independently.
Be reliable and punctual to work.
Display other related skills.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
