Essential Responsibilities


The Operations Training Specialist will:



  •  Create, prepare, conduct, and maintain training on operational related topics, including traveling to branches and departments to provide in-person training, conference calls, and webinars/online training.

  •  Schedule and hold training to ensure new hires and internal transfers are obtaining the training they need while validating learning application is occurring and progressing.

  •  Evaluate information obtained from Retail Banking and Consumer Lending Operations as identified training opportunities to change, modify, and implement within procedures/policies/regulations, as well as making recommendations for training efficiency improvements.

  •  Create and publish training materials, handouts, tools, and other resources while applying a periodic review system to ensure all training remains compliant and current. 


Minimum Qualifications



  •  Demonstrate the Bank’s core values: driven, dedicated, and engaged.

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent.

  •  Two years of experience in retail banking and consumer lending.


Preferred Qualifications



  •  Associate’s degree in business administration, human resource development, organizational development, education, or a related field.

  •  One year of experience conducting or developing training.


Job Requirements



  •  Reliable transportation to/from work.

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and requires ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.

  • Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
