Description
The Railroad Load Adjust Operator is responsible for overseeing the loading, unloading, and balancing of freight on railroad cars. This position involves ensuring that loads are secured, balanced, and comply with safety and operational standards. The operator may also be required to drive trucks or other vehicles as part of their duties, and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred for this role but not required.
