Operator

DeCook Drainage is looking to add an operator to their crew!

Responsibilities:

• Build basins and waterways for customers


• Perform tile repairs


• Maintain equipment


• Follow site grading and operations plans, read grade stakes and operate in different environments


• Use and maintain equipment (primarily dozer with some backhoe and excavator)


• Time management skills


• Planning skills

Physical Demands:

• Working in all conditions


• Getting in and out of machinery


• Manual Labor


• Lifting/pulling/pushing up to 80-100 lbs


• Sitting for extended periods of time


• Bending/Crouching


• Squatting/Kneeling

Requirement

• Prior experience running equipment


• Must have a clean driving record


• CDL preferred
