Please Note: During your first two months, you must be flexible and able to work both day and night shifts. This gives you the opportunity to train alongside all of our experienced operators and gain a full understanding of our processes and teams.

What You’ll Learn to Do:

• Set up and run production lines according to specifications
   
• Support the daily production schedule
   
• Follow safety procedures (including Lock-Out Tag-Out) and maintain a clean, organized work area
   
• Check product specifications and ensure top-tier quality
   
• Collaborate with other departments to meet safety and production goals
   
• Track and report line performance and production metrics
   

You’ll also become familiar with ISO standards, preventive maintenance practices, fiber handling, and more. This role is ideal for someone who learns by doing and wants to grow with a company making an impact in the nonwovens industry.

 To succeed as an Operator in Training at TWE Nonwovens US, candidates should bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The qualifications below outline what we’re looking for. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

• High school diploma or GED required
   
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate
   
• Experience in nonwovens is a plus
   
• Basic computer skills and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies
   
• Flexible and willing to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, especially during the first two months of training
   
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
   
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
   
• Comfortable performing basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
   
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing situations
   
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces around machinery
   
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work in environments that may be hot or cold
   
• Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, in support of a 24/7 operation
   
• Availability to work overtime when needed
