What you'll own
As an Operator Line Tech, you keep production moving by running equipment and handling first-line mechanical issues before they become downtime. This role exists to maintain steady output and safe operation on the floor
Your typically daystarts with a quick handoff on line status, then you settle in as the Material Handler and line point-person-checking flow, watching for small changes, and keeping the pace sustainable. When something sounds off, you take the first look, make a small correction if it's straightforward, or loop in the Mechanic/Maintenance team when it's beyond first-line work. You close out the shift with clean notes so the next crew can pick up without surprises.
