-Mold Preparation & Packing: Accurately measure mold width and taper during setup, clean/inspect/maintain molds, and properly pack molds prior to casting per QSOPs to ensure reliable startup.

-Mold Start Opening & Powder Application: Assume responsibility for performing the initial mold fill from the tundish after completing required training, and apply/maintain manual and automatic mold powder per operating procedure.

-​Mold Level Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor mold levels during casting and perform manual adjustments and interventions to maintain stable conditions.

-​Tundish & Equipment Operations: Assemble, prepare, and dismantle tundish car components, perform tundish and Submerged Entry Nozzle (SEN) preheating, and execute SEN tube changes safely.

-​Plant Support & Safety: Maintain PPE compliance, safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, assist maintenance during down-day activities, and perform routine equipment maint
