Operator Training Support (Job 1060)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all training curriculum and material development activities as required.


• Conduct training events to include: NET, Delta, On-Site and Over-the-Shoulder.


• Provide all required post-event reporting and documentation.


• Ability to deliver training events on USMC systems as required.


• Ability to support development of curriculum and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related scientific or technical discipline (or) additional 4 years of USMC training experience, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.


• MAWTS-1 C3 Course Catalog or another Formal School Senior Instructor certification.


• Joint Interface Office Control certification. MAWTS-1 C3 WTI certification.


• Five (5) years’ work experience with AC2SN portfolio of systems.


• Three (3) years of instructor and/or analyst experience supporting USMC systems.


• Previously designated as a radar watch supervisor.


• Experience as an Approach/Arrival Controller and Final Controller.


• Active Secret Clearance walking through the door

Basic Compensation: $90,000- $95,000 yearly salary

The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. We do not use salary history to determine compensation, in line with applicable law.
