Safety

Must monitor OSHA compliance paying close attention to safety by filling out JSEA (Job Safety Environment Analysis) forms daily.

Availability

Flexible to work extra hours and weekends.. Must show up to work on time (7:00am-3:30).*Please be advised that all posted times are subject to change depending on business needs* All late in times and absences must be reported directly to TPI Supervisor (supervisor’s number will be given to employee during Site Orientation for contact).

Communication

Must have good communication skills (Fluent in English). Techs will be involved in communication with Manager, Supervisor, Subcontractors hauling blades. 

Extreme Weather 

Yard Operator must be able to work in extreme weather conditions such as high winds, cold and hot temperatures due to the fact of working outdoors.

Physical Stamina

Yard Operator must be able to climb up and down ladders on rail carts. Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs

Duties

Will be responsible for assisting the loading and offloading operations. Must have knowledge of pneumatic hand tools.  Must assist in maintenance and other related operations. 

Requirements

The yard operator must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age. All qualified candidates must have reliable means of transportation. Candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check as part of the hiring process.
