Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced cataract surgeon to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position offering the chance to step into a high-volume surgical role with a robust referral network already in place. You will practice alongside an experienced ophthalmologist, supported by skilled clinical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a high volume of cataract surgeries with access to advanced IOL technology and modern surgical suites
   
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to adult and senior populations
   
• Collaborate with in-house optometrists and co-manage post-operative care
   
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice
   

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist
   
• Proven surgical skills and strong clinical judgment
   
• Committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
   
• Interested in clinical innovation and growth within a multi-specialty practice
