As an ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and anterior segment surgery, you will:
Restore vision and improve the quality of life for patients with corneal disorders and anterior segment disease
Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of corneal and anterior segment conditions, determining when surgical intervention is needed
Utilize advanced surgical techniques including corneal transplantation (PK, DSAEK, DMEK), pterygium excision, and anterior segment reconstruction
Perform comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes for corneal and refractive procedures
Conduct precise, minimally invasive corneal and anterior segment surgical procedures
Provide attentive post-operative care, monitoring corneal healing and vision recovery
Collaborate with a dynamic team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and front office staff to deliver comprehensive corneal and anterior segment care
Treat a wide range of ophthalmic cases, with emphasis on corneal disorders, ocular surface disease, complex anterior segment pathology, and refractive surgeries such as LASIK and PRK
