Ophthalmologist Office Manager

Location: Farragut, TN
Pay Rate:$16-$20 DOE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00am-1:00pm

Responsibilities:
Oversee all functions of office
Complete task as needed
Assist with insurance filling for glasses
Data Entry
Answer phones and customer questions as needed
Scheduling for office
Perform various other task as needed

Qualifications:
2 Years of experience in an medical office setting
Knowledge of insurance filling process and ability to look up customer coverage
Ability to assist with chart files both digital and paper
Friendly and professional demeaner
