Directly supervise Clinic Supervisors and indirectly support all clinic staff including nurses, counselors, and administrative team members.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluation of employees.
Develop and conduct training related to compliance, documentation, safety, and clinical practice.
Facilitate regular staff meetings and ensure effective communication across clinic locations.
Support staffing models, scheduling needs, and long-term workforce planning.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Develop, monitor, and manage annual program budgets for OTP locations.
Track expenditures, revenue, and billing processes in collaboration with Finance.
Approve routine and non-routine expenses within established guidelines.
Monitor financial performance and ensure programs align with organizational expectations.
Community & Organizational Engagement
Represent ESPH OTP programs in meetings with state agencies, MCOs, and regulatory stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Quality, Compliance, Pharmacy, and other departments.
Keep organizational leadership informed of operational issues, risks, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a behavioral health or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare operations.
