Overview:
The Associate Project Manager supports project execution across key phases— design, permitting, construction, occupancy, and closeout. This role assists in coordinating deliverables, managing documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating stakeholder communications. Working under the guidance of senior project leaders, the Associate Project Manager contributes to operational efficiency and the client experience while steadily developing technical and strategic skills. The position also includes supporting junior team members and learning to take ownership of discrete project components.

Pay Philosophy:
CSL Consulting is a pay-for-performance organization, where individual contributions, impact, and results directly influence compensation, recognition, and growth opportunities. The salary range for this position is $59,500 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated impact. CSL Consulting is committed to pay equity and transparency in accordance with Massachusetts law. Compensation is determined within the posted range based on the scope of the role, the candidate’s background, and the value they bring to the organization. We reserve the right to adjust our salary bands in response to evolving business needs, market conditions, and organizational priorities.
