Experience:

• Previous eyecare experience is a plus, but not required for the right ambitious individual.
• We offer company-paid education and training to help you build the skills needed to succeed.
• Must be willing to train at other locations (20-40 Miles away) and occasionally cover at those locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help patients choose the right lenses and coatings for their vision needs
• Instruct patients on Contact Lens Insertion and Removal
• Maintain organized and attractive frame boards
• Clean and maintain dispensing counters and contact lens rooms
• Handle appointments and confirmations
• Obtain insurance authorizations
• Answer phones with a warm and friendly tone
• Manage inventory, including tagging and returns
• Assist with doctor testing as needed
• Ensure a clean, welcoming space by clearing rubbish and keeping work areas tidy
