Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate talent within the practice, providing guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, EMR systems, and leveraging cutting-edge optical technology to provide the best possible service.
Build strong relationships with both staff and patients.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in eye care
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams, customer service, and sales
ABO certification with managerial experience in both medical office and retail optical settings.
A solid understanding of the requirements of a small business, along with the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed them.
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and the latest optical equipment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish would be desirable, but is not required.
