Your Key Responsibilities as an Optical Sales Associate:

• Welcome and greet our customers warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
• Spend quality time with customers, helping them explore eyewear options, educating them on lens features, and facilitating fittings.
• Demonstrate empathy and a genuine understanding of customer needs to provide personalized service.
• Take accurate notes during customer consultations, document preferences and recommendations, and process orders efficiently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
• Support the team by managing inventory, restocking displays, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career within the optical field.
