Your Role: Optometric Clinic/Retail Manager As our Optometric Clinic/Retail Manager, you will be the driving force behind our retail success, ensuring a seamless blend of style and eye care. Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling.
- Providing leadership and guidance to our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect frames and lenses.
- Monitoring and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high standard of product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in the optical or eyewear industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with eyewear trends and a keen eye for style.

We help patients of all ages with contact fittings, cataract care, glaucoma care, treatment for eye injuries and eye infections. We also offer eye surgery evaluations and emergency eye care. Our team is committed to our patients and strives to deliver the best eye care possible.
