The Harman Eye Clinic is a progressive ophthalmic medical and surgical practices located in the Pacific Northwest. We are searching for a Full Time Optometric Physicians to add to our growing team.  We take pride in not only providing excellent outcomes for our patients, but excellent experiences for them every time they visit our office. Requirements

• Provide patient-friendly, medical, as well as pre-and post-surgical eye exams.
• Work collaboratively with staff optometrists and ophthalmologists
• Offer appropriate treatment plans and counseling to patients.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests as indicated.
• Maintain accurate and current patient records.
• Collaborate with community optometrists and other medical professionals to optimize the delivery of high-quality eye care strategies.
• Attend continuing education and training to enhance professional growth and development.
• Participate in promotional events and activities to showcase services to individuals and organizations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records.
• Communicate professionally and ethically with a range of patient personalities.
• Participate in an on-call schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
• Active license, or ability to obtain active license, to practice optometry in the state of Washington.
• DEA Certification.
