Your Role: Optometric / Ophthalmic Technician
As our Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting our patients' eye health journey. Responsibilities include:
- Performing preliminary eye exams and diagnostic tests under the guidance of our experienced optometrists.
- Assisting patients with pre-examination preparations and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborating with the eye care team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) or equivalent experience is preferred, not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and organized, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments and records.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and friendly manner.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
