Optometrist - 4 day work week-Make up to $225,000, No Weekends! - Alton, IL

Join an established private practice looking to add a full-time 4-day-a-week Optometrist in a full-scope practice. Our next OD will be friendly and looking to offer excellent patient care to our loyal patient base. Practice 30 minutes outside of downtown St. Louis, MO

DETAILS

• Tues- Friday

• No weekends

• 4 days a week full time (can float to 1 other office if you want to work Mon-Fri).

• See 25 patients a day (see all ages)

• Primary care + heavy medical.

HOURS

• Tuesday, 10 AM to 6 PM

• Wednesday, 8 AM to 4 PM

• Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM

• Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Ability to make over $225,000 a year (2 different models offered: $80,000 base salary + Quarterly bonus of production or guaranteed base salary of $110,000 + bonus tied to 15% production of billing)

• Billing includes all exams, contacts, glasses, and anything purchased after an exam is seen.

• No production cap!

• Excellent support staff, including tech coverage and optician.

• Updated technology, including visual field, autorefractor, optomap, and EMR

• health, dental insurance

• 401k with 5% match,

• $1,000 CE allowance annually.

• Unlimited PTO + 2 Christmas celebrations a year (think Christmas in July party!)
