• The practice offers full-scope optometry, allowing doctors to provide comprehensive eye care while making a meaningful impact on patients' vision and overall eye health.
• Services include comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams and fittings, LASIK consultations, and screenings for ocular diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• The team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, positive work environment where providers can continue expanding their clinical skills.

Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
• Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
• Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
• Base Annual Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
• Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
