Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist in Panama City, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Private practice optometry role focused on comprehensive eye care
• Conduct routine eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe corrective lenses
• Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
• Work alongside experienced support staff in a patient-focused environment

COMPENSATION
• Salary Up To $180,000 Based On Experience

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• No Weekends
• Predictable Schedule With Excellent Work-Life Balance

ROLE
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations
• Diagnose and manage glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other ocular conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
• Educate patients on vision care and eye health
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED
• Active Florida Optometry License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Strong Clinical Eye Care Skills REQUIRED
• Experience Diagnosing And Managing Ocular Disease REQUIRED
• Excellent Patient Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Ability To Work Independently And Within A Team REQUIRED
• Commitment To Quality Patient Care REQUIRED
