Outsourcing Advantage is looking for an organized and detail-oriented OPWDD Contract Coordinator agent (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) provider services. The Contract Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and compliance for off site-Respite services contracts. This role ensures that all contracted services are delivered efficiently, documented accurately, and maintained in full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Working closely with contract point person and administrative teams, the Contract Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for schedules, staffing alignment, documentation, and issue resolution related to site-based programs.
Responsibilities
Contract & Program Oversight
Oversee assigned off site-based service contracts from onboarding through ongoing service delivery
Ensure all services are implemented in accordance with contract terms, agency policies, and OPWDD regulations
Monitor contract utilization and flag under/over utilization trends.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all documentation (including Schedule A’s, timesheets, and service notes) are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
Review and track compliance requirements for each contract and site
Coordinate with compliance and QA teams to prepare for audits and internal reviews
Match and connect appropriate DSPs to contract needs
Timesheets & Billing Support
Review and verify staff timesheets for accuracy
Work with payroll and billing teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to hours, attendance, or service delivery
Communication & Problem Solving
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract supervisors, and regional managers regarding contract-related matters
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to administrative, billing, or office support work.
Interest in project coordination or operations.
Experience working in a team environment.
Familiarity with OPWDD services (not required, but a plus).
