About the role The Field Supervisor will perform a wide range of traffic control tasks to provide safety and support to our teammates, contractors on job sites or public/private roadways. What you'll do Perform quality and safety job site checks Assist field staff with difficult traffic setups to ensure that the work zone is set correctly Provide support and training to the field members to help them grow with the company. Ensure that safety policies and procedures are being adhered to. Work with contractors to coordinate projects and maintain good standing relationships. Truck inspections, gear and cleanliness. Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license, to operate company equipment/vehicle State valid flagging certification card Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change Ability to work with a variety of personalities Ability to work under pressure Understanding of basic flagging policies, procedures, rules, and state and federal laws
