Responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, management, and monitoring of an effective and on-going Operating Room Program.
Responsible to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of patient care within these programs.
Responsible for the research, revision, development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures. Responsible for filling in to work in vacant Registered Nurse positions within the department.
Responsible for excellent communications and management of resources and upholding excellent clinical standards of care.
Acts as a role model for others and maintains excellent and professional relationships.
