Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Functional Consultant to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancements. The role will focus on delivering high-quality support services while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for Oracle CC&B, including configuration, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Support day-to-day operations, maintenance, and billing processes.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and discovery sessions during transition.
• Document business requirements and system processes.
• Assist with testing, end-user support, and training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Oracle CC&B experience.
• Strong knowledge of utility billing, meter-to-cash, and customer service workflows.
• Prior AMS support or transition project experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
