Job Description - Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional - Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Payroll and Core HR modules.(80% developing +20% functional )
This is a hybrid position in Alpharetta, GA/ Oakland, CA/ Rancho Cordova, CA , with a heavy development focus, requiring strong hands-on experience with data loaders, fast formulas, and integrations.
✅ Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Oracle Core Cloud HCM (must-have)
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll module
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • HCM Data Loader (HSDL)
    • Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)
    • Fast Formulas
    • Reports & Integrations (BI, OTBI, HDL-based)
  • Functional knowledge across Payroll and HCM
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams.
