We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Oracle projects, with a strong emphasis on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex Oracle implementations, possess exceptional soft skills for effective stakeholder management, and demonstrate expertise in agile methodologies. This role requires the ability to lead a team of developers specializing in Oracle EBS and SOA integration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

responsibilities:

Lead and manage enterprise-level Oracle projects, with a focus on Oracle EBS and SOA integration, from initiation to closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of project milestones.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including Oracle EBS Developers and SOA Integration Developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Developers will be a combination of Local and Offshore, including some vendor management.

Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project deliverables and business requirements.

Implement agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

Oversee the execution of Oracle EBS development activities, including design, development, unit testing, production deployment, and support.

Ensure compliance with Oracle EBS best practices, development standards, and quality assurance processes.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the project team to promote professional growth and development.

Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle project delivery.
